In the case where minor girls alleged serious misconduct, a notice was issued by the Madhya Pradesh HC whereby urgent action was demanded.

Incident took place when the teacher forced the minor girls to remove their clothes in search of mobile phones.

A PIL was filed by a social activist Chinmay Mishra.

The PIL was presented before the bench of MP HC judges, Justice Suhruta Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice Duppal Venkataramana.

It was highlighted by the lawyer of the petitioner that the teacher took 5 students to the toilet on the pretext of searching the mobile phone, which is said to have rung in between the class.

The teacher not only forced the girls to remove their clothes but also physically assaulted them.

The next date of the hearing has been fixed by the court as 17th August 2024.
