Last Updated on March 14, 2023 by Administrator

On Monday, Gujrat police received notice from the Supreme Court’s division consisting of J. BR Gavai and Vikram Nath regarding a petition challenging the bail of TMC spokesperson Saket Gokahle. An accusation has been made against him for misusing money he raised through crowd funding. The accusation against him was that he received about Rs 72 lakh and used it for personal gain. Gokhale denied this contention and said that a case had been brought against him because he had revealed the amount spent during PM Modi’s visit to the Morbi Bridge. He claimed that this action is simply a political retribution and not about the misuse of cash.
