A PIL has been filed for the rights of the students who came back to india from ukraine during this difficult situation.

A PIL against the honourable supreme court for the students seeking the guidelines and directions for the respect of admission and continuation of the medical course of education. 

A petition was filed by advocate rana sandeep busa and dr neetu naidu. The lawyers in the plea have also sought relief for providing Medical Subject equivalency orientation program for admitting them into the Indian Curriculam. 

It has been said that the national medical commmsion has allowed the graduated students to complete their internship due to the on-going war between india and ukraine. After this statement, the advocate appealed fpr the admission and continuation of studies of medical students. 

The petitioners stated the students don’t have an option to go back and study and complete their education back their.Even private institutions like MIT Group of Institutions from Maharashtra have come forward in offering seats for Indian Medical Student returning from war torn country of ukraine. 

If they don’t get the facility or opportunity to study then that would be affecting their fundamental right, their right to life and right to equality will be violated. 

The petition has been filed through Advocate Shashibhushan P Adgaonkar.
